Hi, I'm Laura, a certified yoga teacher and therapist with a background in nursing and public health. I’m here to guide you on your journey toward greater physical and emotional wellness through yoga—whether you're joining me in person in the beautiful Coimbra region or practicing from anywhere in the world through my online yoga classes.
Whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, I offer safe, accessible yoga that’s tailored to meet your unique needs, including stress relief, flexibility and freedom from pain. With over 25 years of experience, I’m passionate about helping others find comfort, strength, and even joy in their bodies.
But I'm not flexible enough to do yoga!
Have you ever said those words before? I specialise in teaching people who come to yoga for the first time in their 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond. Yoga will make you more flexible—in the body and the mind!
