I'm Laura, a yoga therapist, trained nurse, and guide for people who are ready to slow down. For over 12 years, I've been teaching yoga, not as gymnastics, but as a way back to yourself.

You feel anxious and can't slow down, even when you desperately want to;
You're dealing with chronic pain, breathlessness, or tension that won't shif;t
You've tried group classes but need something tailored to your body and life;
You want to understand why you feel the way you do and what to do about it.
What happens in a session:
We might work with your breath, gentle movement, or simple practices such as eye exercises and self-massage. This isn't about stretching. It's about moving in toward the part of you that knows how to heal. I want to help you understand your body's patterns and I'll give you practical tools you can use every day.
Format:
In-person (Arganil area, Portugal) or online via Zoom
Single sessions or 6-week packages
60-75 minutes per session
Investment:
€50 per session (in-person)
€40 per session (online)
6-session package: €270 in-person / €216 online (10% savings)

Weekly Online Classes
For steady community support
Monday mornings, 9-9.45am (London/Lisbon time)
These aren't fitness classes. They're a weekly reset—a place to land, breathe, and remember what it feels like to inhabit your body without pushing or forcing.
Each month focuses on a different theme (breath, strength, seasonal living), but every class is accessible, whether you've been practicing for years or this is your first time.
Investment:
€20 per month (drop-in: €8 per class)

Monthly Wind-Down Sessions
For deeper rest
Once a month, we take it even slower. These 45-minute sessions blend gentle movement, breathwork, and deep relaxation—designed to help you truly let go.
Investment:
€7 per session
