I'm delighted to be collaborating on this week of artistic discovery, a 7-day immersive retreat in Central Portugal, led by acclaimed artist, Rachel Russell.
You'll learn to tell your own story through:
Painting and drawing
Poetry
Clay work
Sensory nature walks.
I'll be leading a mindful walk with breathwork plus a yoga nidra session.
