The Sunday Wind-Down

Once a month, I offer a 45-minute Sunday Wind-Down session to help you wind down, relax and prepare for the week to come.

It is accessible for everyone and is more of a meditative and somatic journey around the body than a movement class. It involves simple breath work and relaxation. You can join sitting on a chair or the floor, as is comfortable.
